It seems like there might be an issue with the screener email field showing the incorrect name.

When a team member submits new Hold items in the (Screener Email) space, they add their email, but their email is not saved and the email of another team member appears.

    Hi @Edmb,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We've determined that forms only displaying a certain contact is caused by a bug and our Product team is working on a resolution. 

    We are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.
