Unexpected behavior on Form

We are experiencing some unexpected behavior using forms that started this morning and is causing absolute chaos in our org.
We have been on Smartsheet for about 3 years, and rely heavily on forms for kicking off client projects. Many times the same form will need to be submitted multiple times with small tweaks (IE run dates, or geographic target changes) but all of the other fields remain the same.
Up until this morning after submitting a form we could hit the back button and the form would come back up after submission with the fields pre-populated with all of the information from the last submission. Now we are having to re-enter 50+ fields with duplicate data if we have to create a new line item, and the only thing changing is the geographic target on the line item.
This is increasing our input time exponentially, and won't work for us long term. Anyone know anything about this, or have a work around?

Hi @SteveC There are a number of fixes in the works for the forms update. See the community conversation linked below. One of the fixes being worked on is the issue you have noted.
