Copy Rows automation

New to smartsheet. I am trying to create a master sheet that will pull event dates from 2 different sheets. I am trying to use the copy row automation workflow, and while it seems to be functioning, when rows are automatically copied into the master sheet, they are appearing several rows beneath the last completed row on the master sheet.

Last row with data on master sheet is row 130, new data (copied rows) are starting at row 334. Column names are the same in both sheets.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are all of the rows in between empty, if so I had this problem when doing a similar thing.

I sused save as new and then deleted data from the sheet by highlighting the whole row and using the delete key.

By actually deleting the rows, the new rows then added correctly. Smartsheet sees that rows that have just had the data removed from them as existing rows so all new rows get added beneath them.
