Hello-
How can I get a copy of the form submitted. If possible I want to have the exact copy of what the submitter received through "send me a copy of my reponses.
Please assist. Thanks.

You could have an automation set up in the background that when that is checked it sends you a copy as well. It would require a workaround. In your sheet you would need a column for what your screen shot shows above (send me a copy of my responses). Then you would need to set up an automation in the sheet that sends both you and the submitter a email copy of the responses.
Since in the forms you can make a trigger for that checkbox you would need to make one in the source sheet itself.
