If I'm understanding your question correctly, the answer is yes. We utilize a sheet that captures multiple contacts within a single row and then use automations based on specific criteria to notify each contact at different times with different updates. For example, the row will reflect contacts for the Form Submitter, the Analyst, the Reviewer, and the Auditor. The Analyst will select an outcome that triggers a notification to either the Form Submitter with further instructions for submission or to to the Reviewer for review. In turn, the Reviewer enters their info that triggers notification to the Auditor.
