Record a Date for Document Generation and Different Attachment Separately
I had a workflow in a sheet setup to record the date of an attachment and I recently setup that same sheet to perform a document generation workflow separately. The document generation workflow doesn't allow for a different date record and now is triggering the date of attachment workflow. Is there a simple way to separate the 2? I use the date of attachment to filter another report and now that isn't working properly.

@Katy H If the attachment always happens BEFORE the PDF generation… you could put a condition on your record a date to only record when the date column is NOT a date.
But that's an assumption that the PDF would NEVER be generated before the other attachment is attached.

I should've included more details regarding the process flow… This is for a documented training program. When a new in person training is submitted via form it would immediately generate a PDF for tracking attendance. Once the form is filled out it would be uploaded as a scanned version of that attendance tracking sheet. The report I had was filtering for rows that were missing the attachment added date but now the PDF generation automatically completes the attachment added workflow.
