Issue With Teams Integration not opening Dashboard Links

We just configured our Smartsheet MS Teams integration, and have been adding a tab linked to our project dashboard, which contains links to various sheets within our projects. Links to forms work, however the links to other sheets within the project all give the error "The sheet you were trying to open has been deleted." The sheet is not deleted, and when opened through Smartsheet all links work. This does not seem like a permissions thing either as I am an administrator and have access to all sheets and it is happening to me.

I found a similar Community thread here: Hyperlinks don't work when publish to MS Teams.

As per @jmyzk_cloudsmart_jp's great advice on the above thread, it might be that the sheets that cannot be accessed via Teams need to be published or need to have their publish settings changed to be less restrictive, and I’d also recommend checking with your Teams admin or IT admin whether there are any access policies or embedding restrictions in place that could be causing this. 

If you have checked on all of the above and the issue persists, please open a Support ticket so that the relevant team can investigate this issue in further detail.
