Automation Question: Can they be this specific?

Ideally, we'd like to alert our vendors if the the Faxed date is greater than 5 days of the Eval Date. Kinda prompting them to take a look as we'd like these cases seen WITHIN 5 days.
Is this possible with smartsheet automations? I thought it was but the more Im digging into it, the more Im realizing its not going to work especially with multiple vendors. Unless Im overthinking it.
Appreciate your time and help, thank you!

@walcala Yes, it's possible. Likely you'll use another column to flag these rows then send the vendor a notification. You'll need their email on each row.

@Darren Mullen - The contact list in another column.. Could it automatically assign the contacts?
Like example:
If we have 2 vendors, different contacts and we have a column that lists what company that row belongs to… Is there a way to have it automatically populate the contact list and therefore trigger the notification?

@walcala yes, either through a formula or assign a value to a cell automation.
