I have something similar…I am trying to set up a sign-up sheet that groups the date per meeting date and then only allows someone to sign up for a time if the duration in that timeframe is less than or equal to 60 minutes. Any chance this can happen in Smartsheet?

Hello Paul,

Thank you for your response! Here is a screenshot of the sheet I am creating, and I want to use a form for people to use to sign-up. There are 5 possible time slots (7, 7:10, 7:20, 7:30, and 7:40 am) that go with each date. I want to make sure that each time slot only allows 1 person to select it per date. I am not as concerned about the duration - I took that out. I also want an automation that states if someone cancels their time, it sends a message to everyone, so it gets filled.
