Can an automation ping someone if it runs and does not find any of the conditions?

I'm fairly certain this is going to be an improvement suggestion, but I'm looking for a way to have an automation tell me if it runs but does not find anything that meets all the conditions. Currently, I can just see when the automation last ran, but then find out later no one got a notice because someone forgot to check a box.

You can set up a secondary condition path that is opposite of the existing condition path and have it end in an alert to you.

I don't think the opposite conditions are going to work, exactly, but the secondary condition path might help. Some testing is in order….
