"Import" Column into Multiple Sheets

I'm creating timesheets and one of the columns is Program elements. I will have a timesheet for each pay period BUT I would like a master Program elements column that I could "import" into each sheet. The reason being is as Program elements need to be added or removed I would like to update the master list and have it update all the other sheets.

I feel this is doable but I can't wrap my head around where to start!

You can link individual cells from the master sheet to the new sheet.

YES! exactly what I would like. A master dropdown list that would update to all created sheets.

Updating the drop downs can be done through Data Shuttle. I have it do some of mine very dynamically based on dates, but you can also control lists manually.

A solution that would be perfect for this use case is the premium add-on, Data Shuttle.
