dynamic view access for more than one contact column

Hello-

I have a dynamic view i'm trying to share with anyone in the manager 1, manager 2, or manager 3 columns. so far- i've only been able to select one column at a time for access. is there a way around this i might be missing? ideally i'd like just one view where you can see rows if you're in one or all of these 3 columns.

oh perfect! i knew it was a simple fix! but when i go to my filter, "current user" is not an option in my dropdown. How do i get current user to display?

Sorry Andree- i'm not getting a drop down for "current user" how do i get that to show up in my dynamic view options?

@kbegin You would set up the filter in the source sheet itself. Then you can set the Dynamic VIew filter to be the shared sheet filter.

No worries!

You'd add a filter in the sheet used for the dynamic view.

Ensure that the filter includes the contact columns and the current user as criteria, and that either one of them can be true.

thank you! last question- is there a way to say if current user is supervisor 1, 2, or 3 AND the due date is within 60 days? this filter only gives meets all or one but i kind of need it to meet both. thanks in advance!

Yes, but then you would have to either add the criteria with a helper column and formula, or use a report instead, which makes the filter/criteria more flexible.
