Hi,
I am trying to transfer over items over from one License User to another because they have left our organization. I keep getting an error message or "Something went wrong" but I can't figure out what it is. I have never had this issue before with transferring items over.
I have cleared my cache and cookies, tried a different web browser, signed in and out, and nothing seems to be working. We need to gain access to the other users items. If anyone could help me with this, that would be very appreciated!
