Hi all,
I am trying to edit the tags that are being assigned to files in the File Library. When I add a new file to a file library ( I am the Workspace owner) it appears as though Smartsheet AI is adding tags to the file. I am finding that the AI is not quite there yet and the tags being added are just cluttering things up or are missing the mark entirely. Example: I just uploaded a licensing agreement into my FIle Library and the only tag remotely accurate is "Document"
I am trying to remove all of the tags and add my own that more accurately reflect the file.
Selecting the Tags presents me with an option to "x" out each tag. (as well as "Suggested Tags" which are also pretty far off the mark)
However, selecting an "x" causes the tag to vanish for a moment but then it immediately reappears again. The same goes for every file that I have in my file library.
Can anyone provide me with some insight? Am I missing something?
We really need the ability to edit our file tags.
