I have shared Smartsheets with a number of team members (Can edit). The Gantt views worked correctly up to a week ago, but since last week two persons can't access it anymore.
The following message is displayed when they select Gantt view:
"As an Editor or Viewer on this sheet, you can not show the Gannt until it has been set up by the sheet owner or Administrator"
No changes have been made to the Smartsheet settings that I am aware of. Only two persons are having this issue. It occurs on multiple different Smartsheets when they try to use the Gantt view. Other persons are not having this issue on the same Smartsheets. The only difference is that both persons having this issue use Apple computers.
Any ideas of what could be causing this?
