Issue with Dashboards Showing Percentages with Unwanted Decimals

We are having an issue with the way Dashboards are now showing Percentages (if the source value was an integer). It sounds like Smartsheet implemented a silent update to Dashboards, but as part of the update, the behavior of some of the widgets changed.

We have a Project Management workspace template, that includes a Project Sheet that calculates the number of tasks Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc. Those numbers (integers) are fed into a Report. The Report then feeds into the Dashboard. We use a Donut Chart type in our example, where we format the values within the widget editor as a Percentage:

The "Value Label" of Percentage (%) seems to be forcing the additional decimal spaces. We have so many project dashboards with this set up, it would take many hours to manually change the source sheets to reflect as a decimal rounded to 0 decimal spaces.

Anyone know of a quick way to fix this issue? We have submitted a case with Smartsheet as well, and if a resolution is reached, i'll post that here.

Hmm, our org (as far as I'm aware) aren't EAP members, so I'm assuming these enhancements are now available to everyone? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding.

We decided to wrap a percentage formula around every formula calculating a whole number that we wanted to end up displaying as a percentage on the Dashboard. As we are changing the underlying formulas, we are going back to each Dashboard an updating the Value Labels as an "Amount", and the percentages display correctly.

@Genevieve P. Thank you. I thought it was still in EAP, so I assumed that if someone saw these new charts, they must be in EAP. I didn't realized it was already being pushed out into production. Does this mean that the EAP feedback is now closed and we have to start using "Product Ideas" to voice our opinions on the changes?

Great question - it's currently being rolled out globally but the final release will complete next week (as I understand it from that announcement).

I would continue to voice your feedback on the EAP thread, @Paul Newcome, as I know feedback is being tracked there, but yes, we can also start up Idea posts so everyone can chime in if needed.
