Is it possible to have conditional logic that reviews answers within a form section of 5 questions

Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to apply conditional logic onto the following set of questions, whereby if "No" is selected 2 out of the 5 questions in any combination, the form comes to an end? Almost like dual conditional logic, as I need it to factor in "No" on question 1 but any subsequent "No"s on any of the other questions too.

Hello!

I don't believe such conditional logic exists in Smartsheet forms. The only kind of logic you can add to a form is to show or hide different fields/questions depending on the answers in a specific field. Logic can only look at one field's answer at a time, not multiple like would be needed here, but one field's answer can show/hide multiple other fields.

The closest possible logic I can think of to what you describe would be setting logic on the first question or two to show later questions only if the response is not "No". So maybe on Question 1, if the response is not "No", show Question 4, and on Question 2, if the response is not "No", show Question 5, etc.

Maybe not the answer you were looking for, but I hope this helps you develop your form!

Thank you Janae for your response - much appreciated. I had a feeling this was the case, as I'd spotted similar around the functionality not having "double logic", but wasn't 100%.

You can use google forms which have conditional logic and use the smartsheet connector to have the data automatically loaded into smartsheet.
