Newbie - Is it possible to restrict row-level access within a sheet?

Is it possible to restrict row-level access within a sheet?

I'd like to know if it's possible to give different users access to only specific rows within a single Smartsheet. For example, I have one sheet that needs to be shared with multiple vendors, but each vendor should only see certain rows that are relevant to them.

Example:

Report 1 - only Vendor 1 can access,

Report 2 - only Vendors 2 & 3 can access

Report 3 - only Vendors 2 & 3 can access

Report 4 - only Vendor 4 can access

Vendor 5 can access all 4 reports.

Is this level of row-specific permission possible in Smartsheet? If not, is there a recommended workaround?

What you are describing sounds like Dynamic View. This will restrict row visibility and edit to only assigned people view specific contact rows within the primary sheet.
