I've been trying for over a week to open a support case with SmartSheet, but its proving to be super difficult suddenly.
The AI function on the support page doesn't work. I just keep getting prompted to enter a search query no matter what I enter, and anytime I call the support number, I get through all of the questions and get the wait music before the call just goes silent.
I haven't been able to get a case opened through our account manager either, so I'm just wondering if anyone else has been running into these similar issues?
