• Being able to recover a file from a "recently deleted folder" when attachments are deleted by mistake.

• 🔍 Searchable Column Names
  • Ability to search for column names within a sheet for easier navigation.

• 👁️‍🗨️ Selective Column Unhiding
  • Allow users to unhide specific columns from a selection, rather than only "unhide all," which is inefficient when many columns are hidden and then you have to re-do all that work again.

• 📉 Hide Rows Feature
  • Add functionality to hide rows, not just columns.

• 🔒 Advanced Attachment Permissions
  • Prevent Viewers from downloading attached files.
  • Stop shared users from exporting sheets or saving copies.
  • Allow per-attachment download restrictions (e.g., “view-only, no download”).

Thank you for providing your feedback! However, since there are four separate requests in the same post, I've removed this post from the Product Ideas section - each individual idea needs to be its own separate post so that other members can vote on which one they agree with, and so that the Product team can post updates for each item as they likely won't all be addressed at once.
