Burn Down chart with Work Insights

Question

Hello,

I was not able to find any example on how to set up smartsheet work insight to obtain a burn down chart. Could someone share how you've done it?

The tutorial provided by smartsheet is vague and does not bear results. And, no examples on Youtube either.

I saw one person asking the same question a couple years ago and the answer was "please open a direct communication channel with smartsheet". Why is this so mysterious?

Does this functionality actually work?

Thanks for looking at this. I have not reached out to support yet. In the end, since I don't see a way to bring this potential burndown chart as a widget into a Dashboard, I think I'll drop it.  I agree with your conclusion: I don't think this is fully developed yet.

I keep getting the same thing no matter what I try. I know that right now there is no "combined" chart that has both columns and lines, so it may be that the feature is not fully developed yet. Have you tried reaching out to Support about it?
