My notification emails are not showing the triggering user?

Hi,

I am the owner of a sheet where I have a few automations for several triggers i.e. status change.

I have the workflow set up so that the email notification goes out from the triggering user.

However, my name still pops up on the email instead of the person who triggered the change.

I am assuming since I am the owner of the sheet, then maybe Smartsheet uses that as a default instead, but it doesn't happen all the time.

This is a bit incontinent at the moment since it's causing confusion.

I am wondering if this is a glitch or if there is something I can change so that the triggering user's name actually shows up in the email.

Have you checked the user permissions? Users shared to the sheet need to be shared as 'Editors' to interact with the sheet and trigger the automations.
