Hi,

I have an automation set to "send from triggering user" for when any cell is added / changed that links to a sheet .

I am the sheet owner .

If a person called John Doe fills in the mentioned form from his logged in Smartsheet account , theoretically the automation should kick in, send out and notification email to the relevant person from John Doe ( since he is the triggering user )

However , the email notification does send end BUT always comes from myself - The sheet owner .

I have set permissions to unrestricted .

Im a bit stuck . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a similar issue.

The difference is that the people that I shared the form and the smartsheet with, the people that are filling out the form, only have 'Viewing' rights on the smartsheet.

Emails received via the form also arrive but also always has my name in the subject line - the sheet owner - and looks like:

    Martin Maschke via Smartsheet
"Other User" submitted a new "form"

What can be done to put the "other user" name in the subject line for the arriving email to look like:

    "Other User" via Smartsheet
"Other User" submitted a new "form"

    ?
Would the viewing rights need to be changed maybe from only 'Viewing' to something else maybe, or is this caused by something different?
