We have invested a lot of time into developing our smartsheet workspace with over 100 projects, hundreds of purchase orders and invoices already logged. We recently had an issue with a new user deleting some rows with attachments and comments. Of course we have automatic backups turned on with attachments, etc, but I just found out, there is no way to automatically restore a backup, or even just restore a sheet to a given point in time.
Am I missing something?
All of the data is being stored in a database….we have a history of each action….why would there not be a way to restore a sheet to a given point in time?
