Trying to explore the best option to request update from External Customer without 1. Having to SHARE, grant them EDITOR access to our Project Sheet and 2. Getting them a license and 3. Something that also avoids them having to be prompted to sign into SS.
Example - For use of CRAID log where we are documenting issues. Certain issues, customer is assigned so we just want to obtain an update on status.
In this situation, would the option to use workflow to REQUEST UPDATE? Will this solution allow them to simply update the form? Thank you
