I work at an organization that has approximately 50 vehicles in our fleet. I am creating a form for team members to report vehicle maintenance requests.
I have a master sheet of all vehicles and their status… What I would like to accomplish is to have the vehicle status in the master sheet change the status from "In Service" to "OOS - Awaiting Fleet" when a maintenance request form is submitted. From there, I plan to have their request send to our Mechanic as an "update request" and once the repair has been completed he would complete the update request to "In Service" again. This would prevent our team from manually updating the master sheet of all vehicles and their status.
Is it possible to have the sheet update from "In Service" to "OOS - Awaiting Fleet" once a team member submits the "Maintenance Request" form?
