Can someone please help me with this automation?

The request for an update works fine during testing, but after filling in the name of the BI resource (contact list type column), the BI Resource doesnt recieve a notification.

The history is - I need a senior member of the team to approve this work to take place, firstly, then nominate a team member to do it.

Can anyone see where I'm going wrong?

Hey Lisa, just checking that you have your permissions set correctly. There is that message at the bottom of your screen shot that says "Some recipients may not get notified. Change your permission settings".
