Import Picture Into Dashboard

We have a sheet with the data for all of our parts. We then parse out the data into another sheet for whatever particular part we are going to produce. Finally, we use a dashboard to visually display the data and then print it out for our production team.

Is there a way I can add a picture of the part to our data sheet, and have it show up in a dashboard widget?

Hi there!

While you can add images to dashboards, unfortunately there is no option to Select Image from a Sheet attachment. At present, you can upload it from your computer or utilize a cloud based system (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive).

If this is something you'd like implemented, I recommend filling out a Smartsheet Product Feedback & Ideas request! I've submitted quite a few over the last year and a half and it's great to see others upvote your idea and possibly get implemented in a future roadmap.
