Error when trying to add user to Workspace

Hello,

I have an existing user that I'm trying to add to a workspace, but when I do so, I get the error:

"Error has occurred. Please try again later."

I ran through the below troubleshooting issues and none of them fixed the issue. Any thoughts on how to get this user added? Thanks!

Check User Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to add users to the workspace. You need to be an Admin or Owner of the workspace.

Verify User Email: Make sure the email address of the user you are trying to add is correct and that they have a valid Smartsheet account.

Browser Issues: Sometimes, browser issues can cause errors. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

Network Issues: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, network issues can cause errors.

Smartsheet Status: Check the Smartsheet status page to see if there are any ongoing issues or maintenance that might be affecting the service.

@jklunk I've seen that error, then after refreshing the user was actually added as intended. Did you double check if the user was actually added?

Thanks for the reply. I did refresh and user is still not present. I opened a support ticket with Smartsheet.
