Following a recent change in our company's Smartsheet usage policy, all sheet ownerships were transferred to my account. However, I am currently unable to find or access any sheets—they do not appear in search results or in my folders.
Everything was working properly during my last login at the end of last month, but today, all folders appear empty and no data is accessible. I would appreciate it if you could check whether there has been any change in permission settings associated with my account since then.
I’ve already tried logging out and back in, as well as accessing the account from a different PC, but the issue persists across all devices. This leads me to believe it may be a permissions-related issue.
Please investigate and advise on how to resolve this.
