I have a Sheet with over 100 rows of projects. I have a Status Column and a Date Column.
I want to create an automation where every Monday someone gets emailed the list of rows that the Status is "Completed" and the Date within the last 7 days.
I figured out how to add that automation, how to add the filter - but is there a way the person the automation alert is sent to ONLY sees the sheet with the filter on? I only want them to see the rows that are marked complete with in the last 7 days.
I tried to do it creating a report with the criteria but I don't think you can create automation off a report.
