Troubleshoot Workflows/notification not going to specific people (index/match formula driven)

Hello! I have a universal intake sheet to manage a variety of request. Assigned approvers are populated based on index/match formulas using a contact column. The notifications are working for everyone except one person. Oddly enough, when I push the notification as a test (and notify me), I don't get the notification either. This only happens with this specific approver. I have checked the references, removed and added them back, it is a contact column, and it is a new workflow so she has not unsubscribed to the notifications. Any ideas?

Did you try to manually push it via Run now? If the specific approver still does not get it, I'd reach out to support.

yes, I have tried manual push and running test request— However, a different type of request came in today and she received notification to approve it. Just not this type of request for some reason.

If you haven't, I'd recommend duplicating the workflow and deactivating the original to see if that makes any difference.

If it doesn't make a difference, and if you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
