My Request for update doesn't work as it should be

I have been testing this function of request an update and it doesn't work. What we want to do is, if the conditions are met, it should trickle the request for update every day up to 4 days. Can you help me check to see why it doesn't work? See pictures below as a reference

I also have another issue that some of my regular notify someone when conditions meet doesn't work as it should be. I have like 10 automations of notify someone when conditions met, but some of it works and some of it doesn't work….

@Waranya I think it may be because your automation has run 4 times - it essentially times itself out. It started running on 7/15/25, then stopped after its fourth run. You need a way to "restart" it.

You would need a helper column, but would something like this work:
