Permission levels to recovering deleted items?

Hello Smartsheet Community,

I have a plan admin that deleted items from a workspace (they are not the owner of) but when attempting to 'un-delete' they receive the attached error. They did a test and were able to recover an item they own by dragging into a space they own, but they do not own any of the important items we're trying to recover. Help!!! How can we recover these items? We can't even open them to try to transfer ownership permissions.

Exactly the same happened to me once when as admin I deleted someones else sheets so I could not undelete them as I was not the owner.

If I were you I would contact Smartsheet directly before 30days pass and those will be delete forever.

In my case I was lucky enough there was a copy of my files but
