Regions Implementation

I was looking at getting Zapier to work with Smartsheet and because I use Regions, this doesn't work.

I understand the need to push forward with new functionality, however, many of us need to use Europe and therefore, Regions and I don't understand why Smartsheet as a company, can't bring the basic features to us. Are we not as important as your US clients and simply second class?

Outlook Add-On (spoke about that in 2022)

It feels as though we are being left behind. Some of us don't want our data in the US. We want and need it here. You have gone to the extend of giving us the ability to host our data where we want it, why not help us to have the same functionality as everyone else?

I just read an email about email to comments and this is another that is not supported in Regions?

if you have any other instances of things that you know are not working in Regions, then please add them here. I also was asked to add a feature request but I don't know why when it is already a feature and we just want the same service and consideration as US data residency clients.

Thanks, but the feature is that I want is to be able to use the functionality that is offered to US data residency clients. I can also use n8n, power automate and zapier so if there are people out there that want to support better regional implementation then, those are the comments I would like here. Thanks.
