One Project - 200+ clients same project: Dashboards for both?

I have 200 clients at different stages of the same project (or with up to 5 set-in-stone subprojects). I am a Filemaker Pro developer and could create this in FMPro, but why would I?

Which template set is best? My SharePoint tracks time sheets and effort so I don't need to do that in Smartsheet, but want a Gantt chart to give to a client to show their progress, plus a dashboard to show progress of all clients.

We have 'passed' on the SharePoint to Smartsheet app to link datasets (well, salesperson gave up on my anyways so I can only assume it's a lot of money).
