Hey there community. I'm conducting a bit of a straw poll of users to try and get to the bottom of whether the Smartsheet performance issues I'm seeing are down to me and my internet connection, or down to something Smartsheet's end.
I've seen a significant increase in loading and refresh times over the past 3 months or so, and when I raised a ticket with Smartsheet, I was steered towards my internet connection being the issue.
However, I've also had colleagues and, increasingly, clients reporting the same thing recently, and I'm wondering if Smartsheet's recent update to the loading screen is a tacit admission that performance isn't where they want it at this time.
Anyone else experiencing issues?
