Apologies if this has been asked before, but what are the plans to implement a proper System Admin role to centrally manage user access to sheets, the ability to update owners on sheets and to support Security audits etc?

As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization.
