Hello all! I'm Stacey and I serve as a Project Manager for a private ambulance service in Massachusetts! I've been using SmartSheet for 4 years and keep finding ways to incorporate it into our day-to-day. From incident reporting to training to purchasing, we are using SmartSheet to collect data and drive decisions.
Currently, working on two projects: Updating our PO system to match new management ideals, and automating the process of updating/reviewing policies and procedures. I can identify with the post from @Diana Bennett from last year as I am trying to work out the details of our process. It will be my first foray into using the Proofs feature, so fingers crossed my team is onboard!
