In the Smartsheet sheet “CRS RO Master”
we have programmed an automation called “Track Changes in dates, confirmation and LHG code”

This one should report a date of a change in the columns “CRS GO LIVE DATE” and “PMS Go LIVE DATE” in the column “. CRS Check date changed”.

The update of the “Go live date” is down via a cell reference to another sheet.
In the cell history the changes are tracked as well as the highlighting of the cell based on these changes are working.

But the automation does not work. New changes in the dates are not bee tracked in the designated column.
We have deleted the automation and reprogrammed it to avoid a block in the triggering or activation.
Currently, we are manually updating the “. CRS Check date changed” values, which is with the project size an impossible solution for the future.
