Disable the banner at top for unlicensed user to request a license

HI,

I see others have discussed this in the community. Can you customize the alert message to turn on or off to unlicensed users that says "Manage your own projects and more. Join your team by requesting a license from your organization". We have designed our setup so that not every users needs a license and can interact and collaborate. Which is why the design of SMAR is so great. But we do not want users to constantly see this ad, nor do we want customers seeing it when our users are screen sharing.
