Trying to develop a calendar/dashboard to reflect the major milestones of all projects happening in the PMO and having a difficult time! I haven't been able to find a dashboard visualization that easily displays all projects at a high level with callouts for project milestones.. I tried a timeline widget (see image below) but can't find a way to include callouts on the Gantt chart with specific milestones identified. The image below shows you what I'm aiming for- I added the "1, 2, 3" callouts on each bar to reflect how we'd like the visual to look.
Would love any advice or workaround options if you've been able to develop a high level project calendar!
