In proofs, provide option to send direct links to a specific PDF page

Hi, using proofs for contract generation and approval could be great.

Sometimes contracts are very long and have multiple parties involved, so the amount of annotations is large. It would be very helpful to be able to send a person a link to a specific pdf page (like the official #pagenum technique from Adobe), so she/he does not have to go through all the comments..
