audio/mp3 preview in Smartsheet proofs
The image and video previews in proofs are awesome, and such a timesaver. However, being unable to preview audio files is a royal pain to have to download each one just to preview it. The simple ability to preview audio files within proofs would be very welcome.

We are getting email notifications that a proof has been approved, but when going to the proof the status still shows as pending approval. I'm not able to find any pattern or input that is causing it. It also seems to be happening more than usual. Any ideas out there?
