Smartsheet Being Slow

A few counterparts and I have been experiencing Smartsheet loading slow, spooling for excessive amounts of time, or taking a while to refresh. It doesn't matter what type of file we are working with (sheets, dashboards, reports, etc.) we get the same experience. We have tested this on various Wifi's with the same results. No other application behaves in this manner.

Further, another one of our coworkers have started throwing this error (find attached)

anytime she refreshes a file. Again, various Wifi's give the same results and not other application gives this error.

Any guidance or help appreciated.

Whenever you experience access issues like this, I recommend the following:

—Check https://status.smartsheet.com/ for identified issues.
—Clear the cache and history on your browser, restart your machine, and then log back into Smartsheet.
—Check for any Amazon Web Services outages.
—Wait until the next calendar day - if the problem persists and there's nothing reported on Smartsheet Status, reach out to Smartsheet support at https://help.smartsheet.com/contact
