So, help me out here i'll state the facts and the current case here.
I need a staffing calculation every hour per zone.
Data is received every 15 minutes through a shuttle.
Below you can see the current process. Don't mind the red square and mark.
Data is being updated in box and moved to smartsheet with a data shuttle every 15 minutes.
I move this data based on which zone is coming to a daily "data gathering" sheet. Here I will do an hourly calculation based on the received staffing. However this is every 15 minutes and my box file updates every 2 minutes. Only using smartsheet features here.
Are there any alternative options to get this more accurate and less automation dependable.
Just wanted to hear you Smart Sheeters wildest ideas on how to get this better and more accurate. If you need more data just let me know!
