I'm running into an issue where chart widgets fail to display on published dashboards:
The dashboard is published as "Read only - Full" with access control set to "Only available to users on the same Smartsheet plan" (to limit dashboard access to our org).
As you can see, the metric widget displays summary data correctly, but the chart fails with a generic error code. Both are referencing the same sheet and data. The chart widget is configured as a simple pie chart with no unusual configuration.
I'm encountering this issue with ALL chart widgets on two different published dashboards. In each case, the metric widget successfully displays the same data.
I haven't been able to find any information about this generic error online, so hopefully someone can help point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
