Currently, when owners/admins reorder pages in a WorkApp, the 'updated' order is ONLY visible in the Preview and Published views. The admin will still continue to see the same order as items were originally added. This requires the preview/publish view workaround to see actual order of pages and stay organized. Requesting an enhancement for when pages are reordered, that order sticks for the Edit view as well.
