Assign in rotation

I have a sheet, and need to add an "assign to column", and would like to auto assign each line to one of four people in a rotation. So, submission one goes to the first name, submission 2 goes to the second, submission 3 goes to the third, submission 4 goes to the fourth, and then the cycle repeats with submission 5 going to the first name, and so on. Can anyone assist with what the required formula would be to make this work

The method I came up with uses the following;

1. Row ID: Autonumber column
2. Assigned To No. : Convert Row ID to 1 to 4
3. Workflow automation: Assigned To based on the 2. Number

In the image below, when the new row, Row ID 10, is added, the Assigned To Number becomes 2, and with automation, the 2nd person will be assigned.

I used the following formula to convert the Row ID from 1 to 4.

[Assigned To No.] =MOD([Row ID]@row - 1, 4) + 1

As the image below shows, the second person is assigned by the automation.

The automation looks like this.

When you create one, you can use the Duplicate menu to make ones for 2 to 4.
