I am trying to transfer ownership of my workspace to someone already in the workspace but am not able to do so. I tried all methods to transfer ownership - via the admin center, and from my workspace.
I am trying to transfer ownership of my workspace to someone who is already in the workspace. The person is a licensed user and has Admin access to the workspace. However, I am unable to complete the transfer and receive these error messages:
(1) "The previously communicated changes to the Sheet Access and Published Items reports are delayed until further notice."
(2) "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now."
(3) "Something went wrong when attempting to transfer ownership of this workspace. Sorry about any headaches this has caused. Please try transferring ownership of this workspace again. If that doesn't work, contact us."
